Home is the place where it began!
Our foundation was established at the heart of the family, where the practice of providing comforting and compassionate care to loved ones began within our own home. Our agency places great value on family gatherings, shared moments, and respect for sentimental traditions—principles that distinguish us from other home care agencies.
We believe it is often the simple things that make the greatest difference. With a deep understanding of life’s transitions—including changes in health, age, and physical or mental challenges—we consider it a privilege to walk alongside individuals and families, making a meaningful difference throughout their journey.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple to provide respectable, private, and compassionate non-medical home care services, for seniors, dementia adults, and disabled individuals to remain in their familiar place of comfort. We strive together to improve the comfort of living, to assure independence and stability to our clients. As our Care Staff take on the responsibility of assisting with improving the difficulties of day-to-day living activities.
“Thank you so much for the loving care you gave to my mom. Thank you also for the kind words you always had to say about her. You will never know how much I needed and appreciate hearing them. Please accept this small token that comes with my wish of love and peace to you and your family.”
Our Story Behind Encouraging Care Staff
Mable Maye
Founder
The foundation of my compassion was shaped by my family experiences. My father, a devoted Vietnam War veteran who worked in the railroad industry for many years, suffered a sudden and life-altering fall that left him physically disabled. From a young age, I assumed the responsibility of assisting him with daily living activities while also supporting my mother, who was living with an autoimmune disorder, lupus.
These early experiences became the catalyst for my sense of purpose, instilling in me a deep commitment to caring for others. They provided me with a firsthand understanding of the challenges families face when confronted with physical disability and chronic illness. Motivated by this foundation, I developed a strong desire to extend the same compassionate and encouraging care to others that I provided to my parents..
