Home is the place where it begans!
Our foundation was established in the heart of the family! Where providing comforting and compassionate care to loved ones began right in the place of our own home.
Our agency find value in assembly with family occasions, cherishing moments, and respect to sentimental values, which sets us apart from other home care agencies! it’s the simple things that makes a difference! As we are sensible to the interchangeable things that occur in life, as to health, age, physical and mental challenges. We find it to be a privilege to take-part in making a difference your journey!
Our Mission
Our mission is simple to provide respectable, private, and compassionate non-medical home care services, for seniors, dementia adults, and disabled individuals to remain in their familiar place of comfort. We strive together to improve the comfort of living, to assure independence and stability to our clients. As our Care Staff take on the responsibility of assisting with improving the difficulties of day-to-day living activities.
“Thank you so much for the loving care you gave to my mom. Thank you also for the kind words you always had to say about her. You will never know how much I needed and appreciate hearing them. Please accept this small token that comes with my wish of love and peace to you and your family.”
Our Story Behind Encouraging Care Staff
Mable Maye
Founder/CEO
The gift of compassion began with a dedicated father who served in the Vietnam war and worked for the railroad industry for many years. Suddenly, he came to a drastic fall leaving him physically disabled. As a young child supporting my father with daily living activities and also having the compassion for a mother who’d suffered from an autoimmune deficiency disorder (lupus) was the starting point of my purpose. Giving me the passion to care for others and understand the challenges and sudden incidents family face with a physical disability and internal illness. To extend the gift of compassion I wanted to give the same encouraging care to others as I did for my parents.
Vertrina Carroll
HR Director
I have worked in Property Management for over 15 years. I have a heart for people. It's fueled by the knowledge that all people that are giving the right tools, respect, and love can accomplish greatness! There is no such thing as an underdog. There are just some who have been continually overlooked with talents uncultivated. I am also the Kids Director at my church where we teach and practice Christian values. About 15 years ago a close friend invited me on a trip to Birmingham, AL. Her child was born with a rare illness and needed further testing. There we stayed at the Ronald McDonald's House. I knew that this would always be my charity of choice. There they provided us with a very comfortable room and board. I witness firsthand the profound impact that this organization makes on the entire family that cares for a sick child. This visit ultimately helped shape my character and who I am today. It changed my life!
Our Vision
Our vision is to extend the gift of compassion to senior citizens, veterans, disabled adults, in the Mobile, AL and surrounding gulf coast areas!
